:Because each practice is unique, our fees are based on the individual needs of the client. For general purposes, our fees are based on a percentage of what is collected(plus a small monthly maintenance fee).
Claims Collection Services:
We analyze the claims/EOBs submitted to us for recovery. We will identify and recommend which claims are suitable for collections.
We then initiate actions to pursue outstanding balances.
We conduct numerous forms of verification to ensure that current/prior information is correct.
We determine the filing/appeal limits based on the individual carriers.
The claims that are identified to be within reasonable guidelines are re-filed (with necessary supporting documentation).
We will transmit claims electronically whenever possible and aggressively follow-up with the carrier.
Billing Services:
Review superbills/encounter forms to be submitted (electronic/paper)
Submit secondary/tertiary claims w/ attached documentation
Resubmit Appeals/Denials
Perform claims follow-up/tracking with the carrier
Provide monthly/bi-monthly practice analysis reports
Practice Start-up Assistance
- Instructions for obtaining a provider number and participation with Medicare, Medicaid and private insurances
- Submit applications for contracting with health care plans
